Process description of fiberglass wastewater treatment equipment:

The equipment is mainly used for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater. Its main treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technology - biological contact oxidation method. The water quality design parameters are calculated according to the general domestic sewage water quality design, with an average BOD5 of 200mg/l and an effluent BOD5 of 20mg/l. The equipment mainly consists of seven parts:

(1) Fully automatic grille

(2) Hypoxia pool

(3) Biological contact oxidation tank

(4) Secondary sedimentation tank

(5) Disinfection pool

(6) Sludge tank

(7) Fan room, automatic control cabinet.

Before sewage enters the equipment, a regulating pool is set up to regulate the quality and quantity of sewage. The effective residence time of the regulating pool is generally 4-8 hours. A grid net cage is installed at the inlet of the regulating pool to intercept large particles and debris in the sewage and ensure the normal operation of the water pump. (1) Fully automatic grid: The sewage in the regulating tank is pumped into the grid by a water pump. The grid is used to trap small floating objects and suspended particles in the sewage. The trapped sewage enters the sewage tank automatically with the grid rake, and the sewage flows into the subsequent process. This grid is imported from Japan and has the advantages of good separation effect (grid spacing of 2mm), automatic removal of sewage, less clogging, and long service life. Two grilles are selected, one for backup and one for use.

(2) Hypoxia tank: Hypoxia is set up for denitrification treatment. After being separated by a grid, the sewage flows into the anoxic tank and mixes with the reflux nitrification liquid in the contact tank. NZP-II type packing is placed in the anoxic tank as a carrier for denitrifying bacteria. The packing has good removal effects on nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfides, with a retention time of 2 hours. It is combined with the sludge tank in the previous process to form an A/O treatment process, thereby achieving the purpose of dephosphorization and denitrification.

(3) Biological contact oxidation tank: It is divided into three stages with a total homogenization time of 6 hours. The first two stages use NZP-I type packing, which has excellent water flow characteristics. The third stage uses NZP-II type packing, which has a large specific surface area and a treatment load of 14kgBOD/m3. d, 5-10 times that of general packing. The biochemical tank adopts central gallery microporous aeration, and the sewage continuously circulates in the biochemical tank, fully contacting the biofilm on the packing to achieve rapid degradation of organic matter.

(4) Secondary sedimentation tank: The sewage after biochemical treatment enters the secondary sedimentation tank, which is designed with a surface load of 0.9-1.2m3/m2. The secondary sedimentation tank is a lifting adjustable liquid level and a toothed collection tank. The tank collects water evenly and has a good sedimentation effect. The sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is airlifted to the sludge tank. (5) Disinfection pool: made according to national standard TJ14-74, with a retention time of 30 minutes. The disinfectant used is solid chlorine pills or bleach powder, usually added once a week.

(6) Sludge tank: The pollutants and sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank that are blocked by the grid enter the sludge tank, which is equipped with a sludge nitrification system. The clear liquid on the sludge tank flows back to the regulating tank.

(7) Fan room and automatic control cabinet: The fan room is separately set up and equipped with two imported fans. The fan room and microcomputer control cabinet are integrated, and the outlet duct of the fan room is connected to the inlet duct of the equipment, with a distance of no more than 15 meters.
